David Rauch

Principal

David is a Principal of ARS and the President and General Counsel of Annexus. He brings an extensive background in financial services and law, and his expertise continues to contribute to the growth and success of these companies. Prior to his role with Annexus, David handled business and franchise litigation as a partner at Snell & Wilmer. He received his JD from the University of California – Los Angeles (Order of the Coif) and has a B.S. in Finance from San Diego State University (summa cum laude and The Outstanding Finance Graduate of 1988). David is involved with the Thunderbirds and served as the Tournament Chairman of the 2010 WM Phoenix Open and then as the “Big Chief” in 2011. He was previously heavily involved in Special Olympics of Arizona and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Barrow Neurological Foundation. David and his wife Julie are supporters of Barrow, Thunderbirds Charities, and the Board of Visitors.
